Holly's Corn Pudding

1 cup plain kernel niblet corn (drained)
1 cup creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1box Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz. sour cream

Mix, pour into greased casserole - Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes

The above was doubled and fit into a 9 x 13 pan. 

Holly said she has put in a little less butter and substituted light sour cream.
