Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake

½ cup oleo
½ cup oil
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. sour milk (1 ½ tsp vinegar – fill milk to ½ cup)
2 ½ cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups grated zucchini

Topping:

½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup nuts
½ cup sugar

Cream butter, then add oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour milk. Mix dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Beat well, then stir in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9” by 13” pan. Sprinkle with chips, chopped nuts, and more sugar as indicated in topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Test with a toothpick to be sure it’s done.
